Order Processing & The Handmade Process Every piece at Joy by Linda is carefully crafted by hand. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, our processing timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. We aim to process and create smaller items (like teethers and sensory cubes) within 3 to 7 business days. Larger, more complex items (like nursery mobiles and canopies) may require 10 to 15 business days for creation before they are ready to ship. You will receive a notification once your item is packed and ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We currently ship across South Africa. Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Please note that any delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. Once your package is handed over to our trusted local courier partners, transit times are entirely dependent on their network, routing, and your specific region. Deliveries to outlying or regional areas may take additional time.
