Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes, all Joy by Linda products are handcrafted with baby safety in mind. Our sensory cubes and teething rings use soft cotton fabric, food-grade silicone, and securely stitched components. We recommend supervised play at all times and regular inspection for signs of wear.

What age are your products suitable for?

Our sensory cubes are suitable from 0–24 months, and our teething rings from 3 months. Nursery mobiles are designed for newborns and should be removed once your baby can push up and reach the mobile.

How do I clean the products?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water or machine wash. Allow to air dry fully before returning to your baby.

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?

Each product is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and delivery within South Africa.
